Rachel and Steven are two of the most positive and motivating people I’ve ever been around. And genuinely so. Like it just comes naturally to them and they can’t help themselves. She is a teacher and Beachbody coach. He’s a real estate agent and musician. Watching them cheer each other on via social media both personally and professionally is the sweetest thing ever. I’m still smiling thinking of a workout video she posted last week, and you could hear him clapping in the background.
Steven was the most anxious groom ever while waiting for Rachel to arrive for their First Look. When I told him that she was turning the corner and headed our way he said, “It’s not fair. She’s going to see me before I see her.” Then he turned around and gasped, then stood there taking it all in with his jaw on the floor for a solid 30 seconds.
Oh, and one of the BEST parts of having a first look (in addition to getting all the jitters out ahead of time and actually having one on one time together on your wedding day) is that you get to participate in your cocktail hour! Rachel and Steven slipped away for a few moments of silence right after the ceremony and then they came right out to enjoy the party with their friends and family.
Remember how I told you Steven is in a band? Yeah. He performed a little song for his new bride. Totally dreamy, right?
