Summer in South Florida means slow season for many photographers. The afternoon rain storms ruin any plans, and when it doesn’t rain the heat is unbearable. But slow season means I get to have a little fun and plan shoots just for me. Sometimes I call up clients and ask to use their willing children as models, as in the case of Cathy and her very photogenic daughters, Callie and Ayla. They showed up bright and early and ready to do whatever was asked of them. Whether it meant hiking thru the tall grass, or twirling barefoot on the rocky gravel.
