The whole family hadn’t been together in two years. The two youngest cousins had never even met. It was all planned out perfectly. But one of the babies got sick the day of their shoot and had to go to the ER. The remaining family members showed up at the agreed upon location, ready to get started in hopes that the others would be able to arrive before we finished. When that didn’t happen, I agreed to meet them at sunrise the next morning in Tradition so they wouldn’t need to make the drive back to Okeechobee. And let’s be honest, I had last minute Christmas Eve shopping to do anyway. It all worked out and we were able to capture the whole family together as intended.
