This was my first Farm-to-Table with the Paris-Henry County Arts Council and they blew me away. My favorite part of the night (besides the auction!) was when Patrick, owner of Shamrock Dirt and Forestry, spoke about our youth in the arts and how we should support them with the same enthusiasm as we do our kids in sports. I love being part of a community so focused on the arts!
