IS THERE A CANCELLATION OR REFUND POLICY?
Mini-sessions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Please make sure before booking that you are available on the date and time you book! If you absolutely cannot make your session and you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a credit towards a future session.
CAN YOU REALLY GET ENOUGH PHOTOS IN JUST 20 MINUTES?
Absolutely! You'd be amazed how efficient this process is.
CAN I BRING MORE THAN ONE CHILD?
Of course, bring all your kids!
WILL YOU PROVIDE PROPS FOR THE SESSION?
Yes. We will have a bale of straw and pumpkins. And if you want to bring something that fits with the theme, I'm game!
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
When picking outfits, I recommend keeping in mind the word "complement" rather than "match." A good rule of thumb: pick 3 or so colors and spread them throughout. Don't be afraid to mix a few subtle patterns or textures (linen is a great texture in photos!).
CAN I PURCHASE MORE IMAGES THAN WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE?
Yes, you'll have the opportunity to view your proofs to choose the images that are included, and you can purchase extra images if you so choose.
WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early. Because these sessions are back-to-back, there is no wiggle room. If you are running late, I unfortunately cannot give you extra time since it would affect each client after you.
