FAQs
Q: What is the best age for heirloom portraits?
A: Babies must be able to sit up unassisted. Therefore, 6-7 months all the way up to 12 years old are the best ages for this type of session.
Q: What should my child wear?
A: For that true heirloom vibe, look for details like lace, smocking, ruffled collars, etc. Neutral colors and soft pastels are best, as bold colors will are distracting.
Q: When will I receive my digital images and be able to order prints?
A: Turn around time is 2-3 weeks from the session date! You will be able to order prints from my professional print lab directly from your gallery
Q: Do you offer framing or prints?
A: I feel very strongly that Heirloom portraits need to be off your hard drive and on your walls or shelves. I offer archival quality prints and framing from the most trusted professional printers. I would be happy to help you decide how you would like to display your art in your home!
Q: Do you offer sibling portraits?
A: Heirloom portraits focus on each individual child but if you have scheduled back to back spots for your children (and if time allows) we can definitely snap a couple sibling pics but please note that individual photos of your child is my main focus.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Pop-up events are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you absolutely cannot make your session and you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will receive a credit towards a future session.
